King Fence NY

I had my PVC fence installed by king fence around 5 years ago. Overall the fence looked good after the installation but I noticed there was a problem with a couple of the posts swaying back and fourth on windy days over the last year. I called them about 6 months ago to report the problem but they said it would cost over $300 for them to come and repair the problem and the appointment for the repair would need to be made a month in advance. I decided not to make the appointment.
We had a pretty bad storm last week and two sections of the fence fell apart where I had the loose posts. When I took down the PVC posts to see what was going on with the Integrity of the fence, I noticed the inner metal posts were cemented no more than 2 or three inches into the cement border around my back yard. There is no way the posts could hold up at such a shallow depth. Either their drill bit to drill the hole into the cement was not working or the workers were too lazy to drill the necessary depth to properly install the posts.

King Fence did an excellent job installing my authentic woodgrain fence. They were always there to answer any of my questions in a quick and professional manner. The job was done sooner than I expected and they helped me complete my entire permit application. KING FENCE ROCKS !!!!!!

King Fence did an excellent job on my fence... Looks great! and they provided a pretty good price as compared to others. Although, I have to admit, they were very difficult in terms of scheduling. I waited almost 2 months after making the initial deposit. And there were several excuses... They didn't show up when they said they would - and they didn't communicate. This happened more than once. One time, the truck pulled up outside looking for our address - I hailed them and they acknowledged me.... and as I stepped back inside, they drove off!!!!!!!! I was outraged. I called the office, and they said that the guys saw the job, but that it was too big a job to complete on that day (it was already the afternoon). Again, lack of communication. Anyway, they already had my deposit for so long, I waited... and had the fence installed. And they did a good job. So, if you have the patience, they'll get it done. Good luck.

I was scheduled for a estimate appointment 3 weeks in advance. The day comes and I get a call that morning that the weather is forcing them to postpone my appointment. I explained to him, I work in Newark and since he called me in the morning to cancel an afternoon appointment it was no problem. No harm, no foul. The rescheduled day comes and I leave work at noon for my afternoon appointment and I wait until 4pm and I call the office. They tell me he is running behind and he can't make it. No apology, just attitude. "I just answer phones I don't go to appointments, so don't complain to me" She then tells me the guy I spoke to who rescheduled was not the guy coming today, so it wasn't his fault either. I guess its my fault for dealing with a company who must be owned and operated by someone who just makes buckets of cash. My job was not a small one either.
