Kiku Restaurant

We came to this restaurant last night for my daughter's birthday (her pick). We went early (5:30) and they assured us that our party of 5 could have our own hibachi table. I had never been to this restaurant before, but had driven by it 1,000 times. I must admit we were all pleasantly surprised with the level of service and how fresh and delicious the food was !!! The service was paced perfectly. They gave us a small bowl of soup for starters and a small salad with a tasty asian dressing. They took our order and the chef made everything just the way we like it. (we're a fussy group). The portions and quality of food was superb. Most of us ordered the Steak and Shrimp and it was just perfect and such large portions as well. Mine came with Lo Mein noodles, Fried Rice, perfectly cooked fresh vegetables, lots of shrimp (cooked just right with light seasoning) and a large sirloin steak that was cooked to perfect, tender and tasty !!! My only regret was not trying this restaurant sooner. It was entertaining and quite delicious. will be a regular for sure. But from what I've read, I will avoid late night Saturdays !! ;-)

Have eaten here multiple times before and have had the same thing happen multiple times. I am currently sitting here at 8:48 after making an 8 o'clock reservation very early in the day. The staff is not doing anything to help the issue and it is just rediculous. Do not recommend unless you want to sit around waiting to possibly get a table

don't go here bc ur waitress will steal ur $26 hibachi chicken money that wasn't even that good or worth $26, but she will steal it and then dip and then the people in charge will make u come all the way back to the restaurant and argue with u and call u the liar even though people at ur table saw u put in the money and the waitress even asked "do you need change back" and I responded no. But anyways, after u r called a liar ur friend has to pay ur bill bc u gave all ur money to the lying hibachi waitress.

I went there for my daughter's 10th birthday. Our group consisted of 3 adults 2 10 yr olds and a 5 yr old. The chef didn't speak a word or put in any type of entertainment while cooking, the good tasted good but service was horrible, they forgot to sing HBD to my daughter. Then when i got the check I noticed that they included the children to make 6 guests and added an additional 18% automatic tip. I argued with the manager to get it off. Then the lady that served us literally followed me out the door asking for her tip...terrible experience!!! I've had bad experiences with them in the past but since my daughter really wanted to go I went anyway...never again

I went with 4 of my girlfriends on a Saturday night. We had our reservations for 830pm and didn't get to eat until 10:20 pm. We were really disappointed because we were looking for a nice hibachi restaurant in the area. They obsessively didn't have enough hibachi chefs for the amount of tables seated. The waitress was rude and wouldn't visit our table. It was really hard to place a drink order with her because she was never around. If I were you I WOULD TRY A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT!!!!
