Stay away from this office !
I was a new patient and had a 4:15 pm appointment. I came even earlier (3:50pm) to do paperwork. When I came in, the front desk girl told me my appointment was much earlier and that I had missed it. I showed them the confirmation text they sent me telling me my appointment was 4:15 pm. To go further, I even showed her the email confirmation for when my appointment was.
She insisted I was still WRONG !!! (Unbelievable)... She said "ok ill put you in as an add-on patient". I told myself fine i'll do this checkup and never come back...I sat there till 5:30 pm !!!! Then when I had JUST enough I asked how much longer and the girl told me 2 more patients in front of me !
THE Nerve !
The Doctor came out CHEWING GUM ! I tried to let the Doctor know what the problem was and she was like "well ok u can be rescheduled no problem" ... What a WASTE of a day !!
So unprofessional. No apology, no nothing.
I should have known this place was unprofessional right when i walked in and saw the dirty waiting room floor.
TRUST ME ! Stay AWAY !!!
