i went to this doctor for routine procedure. before i went i called to ensure that they accept my insurance. when i got there the office manager told me that they accept my insurance however they would need me to pay the fee upfront. after that they jerked me around telling me that they needed an authorization, this after they called my insurance company and were told that it was not necessary.
after about 45 minutes they finally said that they would see me then, but that they would have to wait a week to do any procedures.
so i'm finally in the exam room when the doctor walks past and tells the office manager not to bother, and that he doesn't want to deal with me, but if i want i can come back in a week.
they wasted and hour and a half of my day.
