I blew out a tire in a blizzard & was on the side of the road. After waiting an hour for AAA wrecker a trooper stopped & within minutes Kelly's arrived. Will the driver was professional and you would feel safe immediately. They quickly found & replaced my tire and this on the worst snow day of the year. I can't say enough as they are great guys and good service

got my car fixed here. got towed from my house in morning picked it up at night . price was fair..

Unfortunately got my vehicle towed for the first time. Had the to pick it up from Kelly's Auto. Soon as I mentioned they have my towed vehicle and I needed to get it out. They tried to charge us $300 for the release. I had in my hands the fee that was written on the police statement which was $150. When I pointed $150 fee the owners started to make excuses for other fees such as no keys, over hours, no registration, etc. Was actually thinking of calling the police but realized they're are in some business agreement for towing parking violators. Ended up negotiating $220. By looking at other reviews they can't be trusted even for pumping gas without over charging. Stay clear of this one.

Kelly's Valero Services saved our Christmas! Now I cannot speak to the other posts but, I can tell you from my own experience, Kelly's came through for us, with flying colors! My wife (more than 6 months pregnant) and I were driving home, from VA to CT during the night of 22Dec2011 (less traffic Northbound on 95). Our car decided to break down ON the GW Bridge; it was 2am and raining heavily. The nicest man from the Port Authority came to our rescue and helped us off the bridge. He towed the car to Kelly's, informing us that they will be able to help. We arrived at Kelly's around 2:30am where we met two great guys. They tried to contact someone from AAA to bring us to our final destination but, no one was able to. Instead, they told us the car would be looked at first thing in the morning and drove us to a near-by hotel. The next morning, they fixed the car within a few hours and had us on the road, headed home for Christmas. Even the cab driver who picked us up at the hotel to bring us back to our FIXED car was super nice. We had a few traffic questions and he helped us out!

Despite the negative remarks on this site, I must reinforce the fact that Kelly's save us and helped us out when we needed it the most. When we offered a gratuity for their help, with such a quick turnaround, they refused by saying, "Get outta here and get home for Christmas!". They get a 5-star vote in my book!

If I could give no stars to this place I would.
They overcharge my at least 300-400 dollars.
The staff is unfriendly. Try avoiding this place by any means.
I promise that you will be sorry if you ever go there.
The boss is extremely rude and he thinks that he knows it all
when in fact he is clueless. They could not even tell me for sure
what was wrong with my car. Yet they said that to start I should give them $900. Seriously??? Don't trust this place. I 've never seen such crooks, they just want as much money as they can milk out of you. I am sure that any other place would be better than this one.

STOP RIPPING OFF PEOPLE!!!!!!
