I have had storage here on and off for 7 years. I have never had any problems with keepers. The building is clean and the staff are very nice.

Attendants with attitude, door codes barely work, inconvenient opening hours.

Their website says "Tenant Insurance Available" but apparently they've changed their policy to make it required in the last two years. Just be aware, there will be a $9/month charge added to your bill, because storage companies are there to just take your money without being responsible for the items you are paying to store.

Great facility, easy access and Lynda at the front desk is awesome. The prices are reasonable too. I don't like having to use storage, but that's not their fault. They make it much easier for people who need to use it, and they remove the stress.
