I purchased kitchen cabinets for my basement in June of 2010 in their office in Little Falls, NJ. After a year, I had an issue with the drawers seams lifting. I went back to them to have them replaced and they said it was due to heat. I disagreed since one of the draws is no where near the stove but didn't say anything and PAID for the replacements. A few months ago, I noticed more cabinet doors lifting and called them to schedule an appointment to bring look at them. Everytime I have dealt with them it has been with different owners, and each one does not know the other. The last owner named Eli was rude on the phone and claimed that I didn't purchasae them directly. When I finally got around to bring the doors for him to look I landed up going to the police department to file a complaint. He didn't want to listen to me, just kept yelling at me like a mad man that it was due to heat. When I wanted to show him a picture of where they are in my kitchen he told me he didn't care and to leave his business. I told him that he should stick to making cabinets for offices and not kitchens because the quality doesn't stand up to heat. He went crazy and almost attacked me. In all my years dealing with contractors and owners of establishments I have never dealt with someone as rude, and arrogant as this man. He definetly needs to stay in the back and not deal with the public. I really thought that this guy lost it and was going to attack me. No words to explain- go to a big box instead, the quality and aggravation for these cabinets are not worth the price. Image if I used these cabinets everyday. Consumer beware not a friendly neighborhood business!!!
