Bob, Karen, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and caring to both the animals and the customers. There's a good reason they've been in business so long: they treat their customers so well, whether it's prompt attention, helpful and accurate advice, or special orders, they repeatedly go above and beyond for their customers!
