WORSE STAFF!!!! The doctor is pleasant but you do not go through him to have prescriptions refilled or sent into the pharmacy. Asked one of the girls to call in a prescription and she refused and said the pharmacy has to call her. THIS IS NOT THEIR JOB! Its a new script, and the office has to send it over! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE if you have any prescriptions or will need a new one. They are extremely difficult to work with and RUDE..... Find an office that has customer service skills. When I said I was finding another doctors office to go to she said, "then why would I call this in." UNPROFESSIONAL. Dr. Kaplan, your staff are going to ruin your business.
