About the review of Leonard Z.He wrote was - NOT TRUE.This is especially slander, and like all good men are enemies, Leonard Z is an enemy for the team of Bohdan. This is a very professional team. A good price and excellent job. Would recommend.

We used services from Kalina Construction (specifically Bohdan, Andrey, Sergei, others) for almost 7 years, and we planned to use their services from time to time going forward. Unfortunately all good things come to an end. One of company owners, who we always completely trusted, Bohdan Melnyk, recently called us and asked to lend funds for business, to help start new project. Since we knew him for many years, we did not have any reason to not trust him and his company and lent him the money. His business administrator, Nadezhda Sereda also seemed trustworthy and professional in email communications. Soon after money were paid they both stopped answering our calls. After knowing someone for many years and trusting his business with most work, it is very distressing to feel you are taken advantage of. Money advanced to Kalina Construction were meant for children summer camps. We understand that business could be under a lot of stress due to work and debts, but still - we cannot see how someone can remain trustworthy after such action. After posting this update, we received call from Bohdan and were paid small fraction of what company owed us - then he disappeared again for weeks and was not answering calls.

If we were asked about Kalina Construction work from 2006 through 2014, we would only had good words, but after 2014, even though it is difficult to find someone as good professionally as Bohdan Melnyck and his team (Sergey and Andrey), we would be concerned about trusting this company to deliver on any prepaid projects. The lesson we learned is to never trust any construction company, even one you know for many years, until full work is delivered and never make any prepayments unless one is willing to take high risk.

.... 1 week later, still no word... We are now faced with additional challenges of finding replacement contractor company for all home remodeling planned for summer and hundreds of small and big things for which we used this company for so many years. We are still puzzled how someone can gain so little and be willing to lose so much. It does not make sense financially...

Quality work. Did everything as promised. Very good price.

Kalina Construction did everything as i wanted. All the guys are professional contractors and know what they are doing. I recommend them to anyone for any job.
P.S. the prices are good.
