Well let's start by saying I USED TO love this place. I give it three stars for all the other time the food was exceptional but as of lately I don't know what's going on. The food is very bland and missing that kick it had. I once put Kai Fusion next to Tao(NYC) because I thought it was just so good. A change of chef? Maybe but they've lost a customer

Their service was horrible! I live less than10 min minutes away and have been waiting for delivery for 2 hours! I kept calling them back to check on the status of delivery and was told the driver was 5 minutes away several times. Never again.

Miso soup is waaaaaaaaaay too salty! Less miso paste...more water...fail #1...When I order miso in a Japanese restaurant I expect a Japanese spoon not a European style spoon!...fail #2...Low sodium soy isn't low sodium...fail #3... Sushi rolls fall apart which is annoying...fail #4.

I'm skeptical due to the hep c breakout they had and I didn't know that's where my menu had came from so I just ordered there. Everything was alright the miso soup was truly horrible I think it was to salty or to bland I'm not sure but I've had awsome miso soup before and this was just not it. A roll normally has 6 pieces I received only 5 pieces. I must admit I did get alot of food for takeout and if I sat down I probably would have had gotten more. So far it's just ehh.
