I came in today for a 5:00pm appointment with Michael at 5:16pm I was told I had to wait an additional 30 minutes because someone who came in at 4:00pm that he was working on that did not have an appointment decides she now want a pedicure. I'm not sure if she's the owner but she stated her name is Pow and went on to state with extreme rudeness, "there was nothing she could do and I had no other choice but to wait." I was devastated!!! How do you treat valued customers?? If you want to be valued as a customer and treated with respect DO NOT come here.
