these guys are very slow to ship your product. i am not even sure if they would have shipped it had i not complained. they advised that the product was shipped last week when in fact they only shipped it after communicating with me. its one thing to delay a product that has been paid for but it is another to boldly lie and go ahead and ship it instead of giving the refund that was asked for.
