Very dissatisfied with my shake, it tasted horrible. I called them & so called "Manager James" got "cute" over the phone when all I wanted was to try something else, after I believed someone screwed up my shake. Well he didn't care at all, judging from his attitude&actions. Won't be excited to order from there again

I am not happy. Just picked up lunch, and the cook decided to leave out my side, and even though its on the menu he just didn't think I should get it. Plus he burnt my food! And when I called and complained the only offer I got was for me to come back there and pick up the side he didn't think I should get, as if all I do is run around and pick up food!
