They don't bother answering the phone, I have been try to call for a week now and no answer.Does this store has a manager or owner that cares about it, or is it left in the hands of careless employees?Very bad for business

This place needs new management. I was very busy and just wanted to see if they had a shoe size that I had seen in another store. I have been trying to call for 2 days and no one responded.
I finally got a chance to pop in the store. I called their number while I was in the store and everyone ignored the phone.
WOW! The customer service is awful and they were standing right there while the phone was ringing.
