Nice Park on the Grand Concourse with beautiful views of the great architecture right in the heart of the Grand Concourse Historic District. On Tuesdays from June to November you can catch one of the best farmers markets outside of Union Square.

I lived at 975 Walton Ave from 1952-1973. This was "Our Park". We played every game a city boy could from box baseball- Ringo-Leav-eo- Football -baseball. The "Parkies" ( Park rangers) always chased us out of the grass area. The Park always had a Christmas Tree that was lite on 12-15...my birthday. So much fun :)
