Josephs Auto Center

Joseph Auto Center is being sue in Civil Court for number of issues. My advice to anyone, think twice before taking your car to Josephs Auto Center until this legal matter is done and over with. Detail to follower.

There service sucks, nothing but excuses, and the nerve 2 bring them wine.

An absolutely horrible experience. I would give 0 stars but it's not possible. They did an amateur job on my car that I can 1000% guarantee any body shop can do better. My car is black but in sunlight one side looks almost white because of the lazy job they did on buffing. Was also charged $500 extra by the rental car because Joseph's Auto Center took 2 months to fix my car and neglected to take care of all the paper work needed with the car adjuster so I wouldn't get charged. Not sure if this was intentional but I was getting ready to take them both the adjuster and JAC to the civil court. After I took my car from these goblins and getting ready to take it to another body shop I noticed they had forgotten to put in the screws that hold one of the front pieces of the car (the fender) which was hanging lose like a child's tooth. I was so stressed and I had no choice but to go back again to the goblins and get the screws because they had them. Stay very far away from Joseph's Auto Center

Be on the look out for this shop even doe they're one of the better body shop in Bronx they're not as honest as they should be (Chris) they work very close with crooked adjuster's (Greg Saunders)

The shop refuses be on the client's side when asked to have access to a your own vehicle they refuse access and don't disclose the location of the lot making up excuses for insurance reason we can not let you onto the lot, excuses that are not valid especially when my vehicle is next to a see trough chain link fence facing a public sidewalk. I was able to take the pictures myself and prove that Greg Saunders the crooked adjuster had made false statements so he could give the Joseph's Auto Center 19 days worth of work at my family expense until I got involved and filed a compliant with USAA insurance that hired Greg to evaluated the condition of my vehicle which was already consider a total loss by my insurance company but Greg decided to hold the red pen and inconvenience a family a delay the process as Chris continues to make money on storage fees and the non-future parts list for repairs.

What's sad is that after USSA got involved and Greg's boss visited the site he was able to claim the vehicle a total loss but Greg that has been an adjuster for over 10 years was not able to see passed his greed.

Chris from Joseph's part owner finished it off by refusing to return my license plate just being a total moron even the vehicle was totaled and he was being paid he wanted to hang on to the plates not realizing that he could have been charged with theft holding on to private property. Don't be fooled he's not there to help he's looking to bleed everyone no matter if a family is suffering. No wonder he refuses to give an email out you could never get a hold of him and the memory card to his camera is always full good one Chris keep the good work up. I also love the way speaks to his staff a real heavy weight behind a desk...a big joke if you ask me.

I had an awesome experience. Joseph's Auto Body fixed my car like new again. I paid exactly what my estimate was and got my car the day I was told it would be ready. A rent a car was arranged for me and I felt very comfortable leaving my car. I highly recommend Joseph's place for a professional high quality job.
