- Very Good #60723

Some employees are helpful.. One especially called Jose who went out of his way to check what type of power steering fluid my car needed...Other ain't. When there on time for a check engine light. The person was one his phone the entire time.

Jose an employee let me use his personal tools to change my spark plugs since the store doesn't lend tools for that specific job ! I'm very thankful to him it's exceptional customer service that will keep me going back !

Went to return a part. The store manager tells me they dont have enough money to return the part. The part was $200! I will definantly not be returning to this autozone. Negatives across all the boards. If you are returning anything dont go here, take the cross bronx to jerome ave autozone instead.
