HE HALF ASSES EVERYTHING THEN HARASSES YOU FOR RENT IF UR LATE & YES THE APARTMENTS ARE PRETTY BUT THATS ALL BETWEEN THE PLUMING AND ELECTRICAL WIRING ULL BE CALLING HIM TO FIX SOMETHING EVERY MONTH!! NOT TO MENTION U PAY UR OWN UTILITIES MIGHT AS WELL HAVE UR OWN HANDY MAN AS WELL
