@Dr. Michael A. Jones MD where are you?!?!? Have you been Taken, Are you running from the law, Did you enter the witness protection program?!?!?! As a patient of yours for the last 15 years i am very concerned & disturbed you closed your practice with no notification and no forwarding practice??? How do I get my medical records.....

This is a highly unprofessional office. Dr. Jones does not have good listening skills, and as people have described here in other reviews, he arrives at his diagnoses very quickly and without much thought. I was also misdiagnosed.
The staff are ridiculous. When I was in the waiting room, they were talking loudly about how a patient smelled bad, as well as discussing their personal lives. Seriously?! Go in another room; use common sense; have some professionalism and pride in your job. On the phone, the receptionist is about as uncaring, blunt and rude as she could possibly be.
