Recently, while travelling on a transatlantic flight, I sustained severe burns from a flight attendant that spilled hot coffee on me. I suffered for the duration of an 8 hour flight, and months to follow, with resultant scars and extensive medical bills. Gave him my case 2 years ago, next month. Not one attorney has spoken to me in that time. My case isn't a complicated case. There were a witness and the other party was insured.

Since then I have racked up thousands in medical care and purchases for my back. Massages, machinery etc. I'm maxing out my credit cards.

In December 2012, my mother hand delivered a letter to the secretaries. I had written that I don't feel like I'm properly represented etc. I never heard from an attorney. Ever!! Don't know why this has taken so long.

I now have a new case for an attorney but will not use this law firm..

But I must say the secretaries and the medical staff have been helpful.

I will amend this review if and when I receive an offer or a call from an attorney.
