I take my mother to Dr. Heller's office every nine weeks for her nails and she loves it!!! Doctor Heller is such a great doctor, his staff is very well organized. They always work with my schedule to make appointments for my mother to come in and they are all very friendly. The best part is the reminder calls a day before the appointment. We've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be called in to the room, which is great for my 87 year old mother! I am sure to recommend Dr. Heller to all of my friends seeking a podiatrist.

The first couple of visits it went well Doctor Heller is Great but his staff are not too good. Not people person always with a serious face doesn't smile. There were times I would go 30 minutes earlier then my appointment time and they wouldn't take me in because my appointment was at 4pm. They say is in order of appointment but if you don't have anyone in the office why not take me in? Another thing they are did organized. I go into the office sign in the young girl oh where's your refearl I told her no one told me I had to bring one but when we left you a message to confirm we said it there I told her NO it did not say that. They call me in and then asks for the planters of the shoes I tell her they did not tell me I had to bring it in. Since I did not have it the girl tells me I'm sorry but that the point of the appointment and I had to reschedule. I told in her 1st you guys don't tell me about the doctor refearl and now this forget I'm not coming back! I'm not going back here anymor . The girls there are not friendly and look more like they don't want to be there.

Good experience at this office. The doctor is knowledgeable and the staff is pleasant & helpful. Glad to have been referred here from my primary care physician!
