Dr Natalie Johnson seemed nice at first. But after my visit I realized this is the worse doctor and clerical staff I have ever encountered. I scheduled a physical, I did not get a complete physical only labs and urine analysis. Dr Johnson stated I could view my results on a patient portle and this was not true. When I logged on to patient portal not int were my labs not there but my medical history was incorrect. I had to make several phone calls to office before it was fixed. By the way Dr Johnson never returns your phone calls or messages. She never gets on the phone period. After several more phone calls to get my lab results, I was finally told they do not post them on the portal and I would have to make an apointment to get them. They do net fax results, only the Dr can give you results. Plus I would have to pay another co-pay, seems fishy to me. Twice I made my appoint on a Tuesday for 4pm and twice Dr Johnson did not show up until 430pm. Why open the schedule at four and not be in until 430? I have been to several doctors before and they did fax me my results and if I had any questions they would ask to make appointment and I never had to pay another co-pay. The office manager and clerical staff are not patient friendly. I do not recommend anyone to go to Dr Johnson.

Staff is very rude. I left before even talking to the doctor.
