Waited 40 minutes for a 1 min meeting with the doctor who told me my test results were fine. If someone makes an appointment, then they should have priority over walk-ins, otherwise what's the point of scheduling an appointment? Also, I made the original appontments for a1c, and they checked everything but that, so I had to come in a second time to get more blood drawn to check for the only thing I originally wanted tested.

I had decent experience 2 years ago, but I was disappointed about a recent visit. I scheduled an annual on a Saturday morning at 9:15 am. I arrived at 9:25, signed in. The waiting room was empty. 5 minutes later, I was called, yay. However, the receptionist told me my appt. was at 9 and I was half hour late. I said, no my appt. was for 9:15, not 9. She insisted 9 is what's in the system and turned to someone asking if I'm allowed to see the doctor. 10 mins late is late, I ate the bullet and apologized for being late (but wtf...scheduling the wrong time wasn't my fault, plus I was the only patient there anyway) I was then checked in and sent back to the waiting room to wait to see a nurse. Needless to say, I waited another 30 minutes...what a double standard. Anyway, fast forward, that was 3 weeks ago, I still haven't gotten my results back today. Most places take only a few days to give you the report. I followed up today only to find out they got nothing in the system for my blood work yet. Geeez, they better not tell me they forgot to send it to the lab!

I went in for an annual and The staff was really kind, however I had an EKG done and I don't know if the metal thing that they stick to you was clean or not but the next day I had the worse rash ever under my breast and on my chest took 4 days to get rid of it and the needle she used to take blood the spot was very puffy the next day..Went in for the OBGYN I complained and left right away the atmosphere felt like the Emergency room and there is only 1 OBGYN on call every other Friday...It felt so Impersonal I just got up and left I will be changing my Primary Doctor..Only been there twice..will never go again!!!!

When I first came to the office, I had a problem with a physician not returning my calls. I called the Linden office, and received a call, albeit a very remote conversation. i later needed a quick clearance and went to the site again. I met this Dr. who appeared to be very much on point and was looking to build his clientele. He was very thorough the first few times I visited him.

Well, fast-forward three months, this doctor. is so busy that you now have to wait for more than an hour. He is no longer as thorough and the office changes staff like you change a babies diaper.

They are so disorganized and unprofessional.

I'm disappointed.

I'm being kind by giving one star, they don't deserve that. I went to the west orange location on March 6th for a respiratory infection, after my job switch insurances. My current doctor didn't accept the new insurance and I only need a z pack or antibiotic to get some relief. I filled out my paperwork, and took a seat, I waited about 30 minutes before I was even called. Once in the room, the assistant takes my temp, blood pressure, and pulse, then the stupid ass old doctor comes in, states that my blood pressure was high and my pulse was low, like this cant be normal for someone suffering from respiratory issue. She then orders a EKG, once complete, she tells me that I have a blockage, and that I need to go to the hospital, she then tells me they are going to call an ambulance to take me to St. Barnabas. I then informed this dummy that my primary doctor was a cardiologist, and I was not going anywhere until I spoke to him. I then left this place, after giving them forty dollars, still sick, with no medicine, In conclusion, this doctor lead me to believe I was on the verge of having a heart attack, and I guess she didn't want to deal with it. My cardiologist states she did not handle it well, and she did not take care of my issue, and because of this, I suffered with a cough, wheezing and rattle for an extra three weeks. I will never go back to this place again, I am also going to lodge a complaint and report this place for the horrible service and the pain and suffering they caused me. Every time someone say they are going here, I'm gonna tell them my story.
