We search the Web and the company name was attractive to us so we hired them. They did an outstanding job and they were very professional from begging to end. The engineer was very thorough and answered all our questions. His unbridled attention to detail provided us with clear information about the house condition. His consultation at the end of inspection was helpful. Without his keen eye, I may have made a decision that would have been regrettable. I do like the service and do recommend them to all my family and friends.

My experience with john the Beloved home inspection through Ramy is awesome he is very professional and thorough. He is straight forward with all of house issues and doesn't rush through his inspection , he explained most of housing codes and all the little details , he knows what he looking for , he recommended a lot of stuff that we conceder by answered all question that we had. Defiantly will highly recommend him to all my friends and family member.

Our experience with JTB was great, professional inspectors, they meet the clients' needs, excellent communication with the client; honest and reliable. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

After calling Ramy from John The Beloved Home Inspection to do an inspection on a very short notice; he was able to schedule my inspection quickly and provide me a report within 1 day after i asked him to do it as soon as he can. Ramy performed exceptional inspection and assessment of the property, pointed several issues to me that I didn't even think about or saw and he went above and beyond and verbally explained to me in plain english what the issues mean. He also said I can call him anytime later to verbally ask and inquire about anything. I couldn't ask for any better service/support!!!
