Very bad experience stay away, they stole about 300 dollars worth of stuff out of my car after I had been in an accident.

They are the biggest theifs on earth on top of paying for towing your car they open your car and steal every good stuff you have in there. they stold my daughter cash and iPhone and expensive sunglasses when she told them they say they do not steal nothing no they run out of her lock glove department by themselves they are big rip off too they have big history in stealing any one they tow there car they have bad experience with them from stealing 30 years ago they tow my van I had 140 cash in glove dpet when I told them they muck me and laugh so hard also they tow my brother car 30 years go same way because they didn't find nothing to steal from his car to unhook the battery and they toke it people if you have to tow your car to main towing make sure you take every good stuff from it and make sure cops write on the report what is inside your car they steal and lie you lose only and they laugh I have video them lying I have to check if it's illegal to post it then I do it .

It's a scam of a business and they'll try to tow your car even if it's legally parked. I believe they targeted my car because it has Massachusetts plates and I was in Hoboken. I have multiple witnesses, pictures of where signs were posted outside of Texas Arizona to prove I was legally parked with a time stamp of my parking ticket that still had time on it. The Hoboken parking officer couldn't come up with a reason as to why I was being towed. It seems to be a scam between towing companies and the city of Hoboken.

Predatory towing company with a seeming monopoly on Hudson County towing. The employees are rude (which one would expect since they're constantly dealing with irate customers who are being extorted $300 to have their car released (if they're lucky)) and the service is awful. It's not like they have any incentive to give good customer service, so don't expect it to change.

* Wish i could give a negative review. People there dont care what you have to say. Got my car towed here and they let an angry customer destroy my car. When i told them i was having my insurance come tow my car to a Legit shop they had the audacity to ask me if i wanted to get it repaired there. Place is a scam that will throw fees ontop on fees.
