Incompetent . Zero service. Promised to cone to my facility and never showed or called. I have two full allowance totaling and eight hundred dollar sale and he still ignored and dissed me. Not the first tome either. And maybe thirty more carriers like me who have allowances to spend. What poor customer service and outright business stupidity.
