Waited 1.5 hours for the guy to do a dame inspection. 1 car took that long???????????

Apparently it takes 1 hr to do just the safety inspection. Lazy people working here.
Avoid at all cost!!!!

Excellent fast service friendly and courteous staff.would definitely recommend them to friends.

1st & 2nd visit (Saturday visits): technician, Delroy, provided great service and knowledge, both times!

3rd & 4th visit (Weekday visits): : Very much unhappy about! On yesterday, I arrived approx 8 mins before opening. I was the second vehicle to wait at the bay doors. 8 am..doors not open...8:05...doors not open, so I went to the front door and the Technician inside stated he was the only one there and was unable to open the doors until another Technician arrives. He went on to state that the other tech walks to work. So I waited, patiently, although trying to make it to work by 9:30. Approx 8:20, the bay doors opened and work began. I had initially wanted to have a Signature Oil change, which I was told the day before was $27.99 and a tire rotation, but due to the delay in work beginning, I was unable to retrieve the tire rotation. I asked if I could pay for the tire rotation to receive the $10 off (with my coupon from their site) and he stated I would need to pay for it during the the time of service. Understandable; however, when I asked if I would still receive the $10 off on TODAY, when I return, due to their delay, he appeared to ignore me and continue to give attention to the computer screen. So I returned this morning (5 mins to 8 am, to find that the bay doors did not open after 8 am and when I asked, "did he not get here yet", the technician stated "No". I waited until 8:13 am, then decided to pull out and locate another location to give my services to. Ridiculous. They should go ahead and change their opening hours to 8:30 am. FRUSTRATED at extreme levels of LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE, received daily.

Check your underskirt before you leave...I'm buying the second cars replacement since putting the screws back is too much for these guys to do. Driving on 95 dragging the underskirt isn't fun. Wth? I've had cars serviced here for over 20 years....and just recently has this become an issue...
