Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge

WOW !! What an experience I had at Eastchester Chrysler all thanks to Rafael Salazar. I have been in the market to buy a new vehicle for months and all thanks to Rafael and his knowledge I was able to finally settle down on the exact car and all the extras I would like to add to my package. I had informed Rafael from the beginning that I would not be purchasing a car that day but still wanted to help me. He went into depth about everything even helped me run my numbers and showed me exactly what I would be looking at and has continued to follow up with me. In the next few weeks I plan on driving off your lot with my brand new Jeep and there would be no one other than Rafael that I would let sell me my car and any other future cars. He is so passionate and exited about what he is doing that I will continue to recommend him.

I just leased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Rafael Salazar and he was by far the most helpful salesperson i have came across to. Not only did he get me in car i wanted, but he got me the greatest deal which i was more then happy with. I highly recommend you see Rafael Salazar if you do decide to visit this dealership before seeing anyone else and you will be happy you did.

This was the second worse experience I've had with this dealership and you know what they do not care. I thought completely wrong giving them a second chance. They did a two time bait and switch on me. Their completely unprofessional in every sense of the word. That advertising they have about they'll pick you up, I cannot believe because they couldn't even give me a ride back to my house (I only live 15 minutes away in car) after it took me an hour to get there to tell me they sold the vehicle I went down there for. I spoke to a Jaz that me and her agreed on a price for a Nissan Maxima and set up an appointment for me. A woman by the name of Marissa confirmed the appointment and when I get down there a man named Lamar (I think that's his name) told me I came down there for nothing. Then when I asked to speak to a manager he was busy. The front desk did not want to give me the managers card and then they gave me just any managers card. Do not waste your time with this dealership. I will continue to write reviews on every type of posting that I possibly can about the terrible two time experience I've had with them.

I had by far the best experience at Eastchester Chrysler, all due to Rafael Salazar. I've experienced buying cars with many other dealerships and hands down this was the best one yet. Rafael not only knew in depth about the vehicle I was purchasing but also gave me an even better deal then I had intended for. This was even more than a deal for him, he followed up a week later to make sure the car was everything and more for me. I highly recommend Rafael Salazar!!!!

I had the best experience here! I walked in I informed Rafael S. Of what I was looking for he typed in my parameters and he showed me what he had. I looked at one of the cars he suggested and fell in love right away with the car. Rafael was extremely professional, knowledgeable and he knows how to build a lasting relationship between himself and the customer. The day I went to purchase the car I left with it the same day, and it was my birthday. He made my day very special. He even followed up with a call and so did Ashley. I never been so pleased. Rafael should be commended and acknowledge as being a role model of how to provide excellent customer service. Rafael is the BEST!!!!!!!!
