Jiffy Lube

Really bad service. They had a guy that did not have a skill to repair a car who was arrogant and ride when the customer advised him.

Amazing customer service . From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave . Everyone there is polite and ready to help you with everything you need. The guys did an amazing job ! I wouldn't go anywhere else .

The girl at the counter was nice to me but the workers did a horrible job with refilling my coolant. They splashed it everywhere and now every time I run my car I smell burnt coolant. It's sad when something so simple as to not splash coolant everywhere in my engine can be a difficult task. Very disappointed

I went in for a routine oil change and was told about a free "windshield protection service that insurance companies are encouraging because it prevents damage". I asked a number of times if I would be charged for this and they said absolutely not. I got a phone call from the windshield company a few hours later asking me to stay on the line while they connected to Geico (my insurance) to make sure they receive payment for the rock chip repair in my windshield. When I explained that I was not told of any damage, the company told me to just tell geico the damage was first noticed today and all would be fine. Once connected to a three-way call, I could not in good faith lie to my insurance company when asked about windshield damage I was never aware of. The woman from the glass company hung up mid-call and geico explained that they normally waive deductables for this sort of damage, but that jiffy lube was not being honest about the service. I called the glass company and was told that I would not have to pay anything and that they would be calling that jiffy lube to inform them they would not be getting paid for the service. She explained that in order to fix a repair, they had to make me aware of damage by telling me about it and showing me. This is a clear scam on the part of this Jiffy Lube. There were at least ten other costumers there while my car was being serviced and they were all getting the same push for the windshield service. There must be a lot of rocks on Vauxhaul. I intend to go in tomorrow and speak to the manager about this, in addition to warning others. If you want the service, make sure you have them show you the actual damage.

Only hand car wash in vauxhall that i know of. Great location to get your car pampered for a day. I was there yesterday and it was great service and the workers were very efficient. :)
