I called ahead to see if I could come in and have a cut and color and was told it was okay and to come right away. When I got there, I was harassed for coming in 5 minutes before closing time, when I was told by the owner to come at that time. The gentleman who colored my hair was very rough and combed in the color, causing knots and causing my head to shake harshly. I was criticized about my hair, the gentleman said it was horrible. He also did my cut, but was in such a rush to finish that he didn't cut it the way I asked. I was then charged $160 for a color I didn't like and a cut I didn't like either. I cannot see myself ever going back.
