JFK Long Term Parking Inc.

My car was broken into when I was in Iceland. No-one noticed it, despite glass being everywhere and by a walkway. Window was smashed in. No cameras and they still made me pay for parking with my EZ pass despite my parking slip was stolen as well. TPA Police called me and gave me attitude and said it was not their lot and not their problem.

Horrible Experience.

Getting to the terminal was ok. We waited about 15-20 minutes for the van to get us from the location. The guy at the front desk kept calling people and telling them he was overwhelmed and didn't know where to put our car, that was unsettling. Then on the pick up we did what they asked and waited until we had our luggage to call. From the time I made the call it was 51 minutes before we were pulling out of their lot. The only reason I know is the time stamp from the call on my phone. I'd shop around, cheap but you get what you pay for here.

Excellent choice for affordable JFK parking. Short wait to check in with our web reservation. Clean, fast shuttle took us to our terminal and then promptly meet us to bring us back at the end of our trip. Our car was warned up and waiting in front for us on this cold January night as we arrived back at the lot.
I dropped my drivers license in the office and their staff called me a few hours later to let me know.
This was my first time parking at JFK instead of taking a cab and I highly recommended JFK Long Term Parking and will use them again in the future.

I have to say I was a little scared at first however I can say that I am perfectly pleased with the service I received from JFK Long term parking. I was 2 hours late after my reservation and called about an hour after my reservation time due to me traveling from upstate NY and they told me it was no problem. Yes when I got there it was a little rushed because there was a bus leaving when I pulled up but I made it to my first right on time. When I returned after my 11 day trip, I called the number as instructed when I checked my car I and as soon as I went to the place I was to meet my driver the company was calling me back to make sure I had made it because the driver was looking for me. Talk about fast service! Once we arrived back to the parking my car was sitting up front waiting on me to pull out after I paid. The staff was nice on both occasions however I liked the crew upon my returning a little more! Thanks JFK Long term parking! My husband and I will definitely use your service again.

Despite the constant rushing me and leaving me waiting on the phone, I was patient and understanding that they are very busy. But, when I picked up my vehicle with a huge water mark on the sunroof area knowing I left my car perfectly locked and fine that is bad. But what is WORSE, thet guy that is supposed to be the manager asked me "why would we touch the sunroof?" giving me the run around to avoid taking any responsibility for it. I was so disappointed, upset and simply know not to go there again. Many more trips to come and many friends to advise not to use that service. They won't go out of service bc of my review but the public needs to know that some places like your money but will take zero responsability for anything that happens to your vehicle. It is a shame bc the quality of service went from 4 to 0 in my eyes. Buyer be aware. Really be aware
