Dr. RAYES is dynamite and thorough, I love her and my children love her. The front office can use a little more customer service training. Our first visit, I almost left due to being uncomfortable with the unprofessional front staff and we weren't going to come back.
After seeing Dr RAYES, that changed. I recommend her hands down. If you can get past the unprofessional staff you will be in good hands with Dr. RAYES.

- Terrible #54956
Staff is very rude, and the female office manager is the worst. Almost came to blows with her for the way she spoke to me. However the dentist are pleasant . They need to really check their staff. Even when you call they give you attitude. Their clients are black , white Asian and other ethnic backgrounds but mostly all the staff is Spanish. The staff should reflect the people they are catering to.

This place should be ashamed of it self. To be called a dentist office is something they should pride themselves in. I am sure these doctors worked long and hard to earn the degrees they have and spent hours to be able to build an establishment that they can call their own. However, this place is the exact opposite of that. This place suffers extremely poor customer service and patient care.

Sadly, my sister is in a wheelchair and being in a city, we are limited to the amount of dental offices she can go to. With a filling that fell out, we made an appointment to be seen. We were turned away and told your appointment is for a cleaning which she has done less than 6 months ago. My mother explained to the translator, well, her filling fell out and its an emergency we were told, its a tooth that was filled within the past 6 months so you need to go and get it fixed there. I called the office and explained, that the tooth filled was not the one that fell out. I am no dentist, I took no x-rays but it is very clear when she opens her mouth, which tooth is missing a filling. Another EMERGENCY appointment was set.

Second time is a charm right?? WRONG!!! I got a call from my mother saying she was denied again because they are stating its the same tooth. I spoke to the receptionist and stated, the tooth that was last filed was the second to last correct? Correct. Well, the tooth missing a filling is the last tooth. If you open her mouth you can see this. "Well, I'm not sure why you two are saying different things but we will not be seeing your sister." Why??? These are two different teeth, why is she not getting seen for this to be determined????

This has got to be a joke right?! First they tell me "why don't you just got back to the first dentist anyway" then they tell me "we're not going to see your sister unless your mother pays out of pocket". If this place simply does not want business, then I suggest you close your doors. The fact that we made two appointments to get denied twice and both times a doctor did not see a patient because of a misunderstanding is a complete shame and disgrace.

This business is also not BBB accredited. Makes sense!

DO NOT GO HERE.

I have to tell you that I have been with this doctor for many years and this year, I ended up having some problems with the front reception. This year I scheduled an appointment and when I went to the office, it was not on record. I took off from work for nothing and made an effort to pick up my children. I explained the situation to the head receptionist the so called Supervisor, Janet. She didn't even believe me. Then, I decided to make another appointment and I arrived like 10 minutes late. I tried to speak to the head receptionist for nothing. They did not see us. Then I decided to transfer from there, but the doctor that I picked was not the right one. Next I decided transfer back and when I try to make an appointment, the head receptionist told them that I was not able to come back to the office because I already transfer. She said that she will call my insurance to let them know so they get me another dentist for me. Can you believe this!! and when I asked to let me speak to Dr. Sombolian, she will tell me that no one can speak to him that she is the one in charge. I hope this doctor can read these reviews so he can see the type of staff he has in his office to the so called Supervisor, Janet. This woman is out her mind. She think the business is hers. Moreover, the doctors and x-rays technician are very professional and friendly.
