It's almost as if they are purposely slow. They walk extra slow, they take breaks every ten minutes or so, and they seem to have no sense of urgency whatsoever when the waiting room is full. Something must change. It's impossible to figure how much time and money to figure into a project when just applying for a permit takes 2 to 3 hours. Complete disaster!!
