I went in for treatment of my sports related injuries. I was optimistic about treatment, but somewhat dubious about acupuncture as a viable therapeutic option. Jen put me right at ease and took her time to understand the nature of my injuries as well as the associated pain and range of motion issues. Through the thorough intake process we also discussed some personal stresses which she also treated! I left the office feeling amazing and I have been seeing Jen regularly for acupuncture treatments for the past two years. She's wonderful and I'm a true believer in acupuncture as a solid treatment option for injuries, pain, and for helping to support your own inner strength and emotional well being.

Having had knee surgery 30+ years ago I asked my orthopedic surgeon what was going on. I was seeing him because of a hip injury that seemed to be great but I was limping badly because my knee really hurt. The xrays show some thinning of the cartilage and a little arthritis. Of course he could help alleviate the pain by injecting a jell or cortisone shot, but, before that happened I wanted to just see if acupuncture would help. That was about 3 months ago. I remember the next day walking without pain. When I revisited my orthopedic doctor again he could not believe how well I was walking and recommended no further action on his part was necessary. Since then I have regularly gone to Jennifer for acupuncture treatments. She takes her time never making me feel rushed. The office is conveniently located.
I would recommend everyone who is suffering any type of pain to give it a try. It doesn't hurt and you might be amazed about how well you feel.
