Lost both of my cases, but the driving speed was slightly reduced which reduced the number of points from 6 to 4. They will postopone the case as much as possible before the actual trial, and you don't need to show up in court. All communication is done via email, minimal phone conversations.

I have 6 tickets with Jefrey Ziff, some of them is 3 years old. I found he prices as reasonoble. He charge 250 per ticket but at the same time if you have more than one you can ask for discount, my brother was got 2 or 3 tickets from the same cop at once. When he come to Jefrey Ziff they charge him as for one ticket. Long story short, so far this lowyer doesn't loose any case for me or my family members so i'm fully satisfied with his service. And also they have a special discount for TLC drivers which really helps.

I understand that some people are mad because the case was lost, but they never give a 100% guarantee simply because it's impossible to guarantee the win. Jeffrey Ziff got me out of a few tickets and saved me from a license suspension, for all speeding tickets I was given a 70% guarantee of winning the case, and so far he won all of them. Just saying, one experience shouldn't turn you away, he is a very experienced lawyer and he's very reasonable with his prices.

I called to get some advise regarding tickets that i needed help with and he was the most rude person i ever spoke to, i was really taken back with how rude and unprofessional he was. Here i am willing to spend whatever it takes to attain his services but the response i got totally turned me off. I have traffic tickets and i am not a criminal!!! in my opinion he is full of him self and the other reviews on his site are fake since i know a couple of individuals that wrote testimonials on his site, and to say the least "Mike Spivak " is an unscrupulous individual that used his company maple leaf funding to scam hard working individuals like you and I.
BE AWARE BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS GUY
Anyone that uses "Mike Spivak " as a reference is not on the up and up.
