All of my interactions with Jeeves staff were extremely pleasant and professional. Their appointments ran on time and they provided quick turnaround for my tailoring job. The only reason I deducted one star is because they are overpriced. The experience was positive otherwise.

Jeeves New York did an excellent job cleaning and polishing my Prada loafers.

The price they charged was very reasonable and the turnaround was also quick. Definitely, the best dry cleaners in NYC for luxury goods and high end designer wear.

I brought in a very delicate, very light colored lambskin vest that had oil marks on it. It was a special order that needed to be pristine before sending it to a client. Jeeves not only got the stains out, but they did it quickly, and kept me updated on the progress throughout.
I would trust them with any and all leather pieces in the future!
