I recently had an emergency at my house with my washer/dryer and reached out to JDL and expected the typical run-around with wait times and these parts are extremely hard to get.. blah blah blah..Danielle who I spoke to over the phone assured me that Joe would be out by my house within a half hour and should have all parts needed to fix my issue.. Once Joe showed up and diagnosed the issue, he stated that he had the part on the truck and it was a very inexpensive fix, after I had 2 other companies trying to sell me on a new computer board and or purchase 2 new units. Thanks to Joe and JDL he was in and out in about an hour and everything has been working perfectly ever since.. Thanks JDL!!!

When my mothers washer machine broke I thought it was going to be a nightmare to deal with. I called JDL appliance repair where a women named Danielle answered the phone. She was very helpful and extremely nice which made me feel better about hiring a repair guy. Joey showed up for the repair and was honest, courteous, and polite. He even had the part on him and fixed it in 5 minutes. He even waived the charge for the part because he said he had an extra! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a friendly, honest opinion at a fair price for service.

Joe was prompt and friendly when he came to inspect my washer and dryer. He was honest and let me know that the machine was better off being replaced than repaired. I appreciated his honesty and will definitely use him again in the future. Thanks
