JD Core Training has definitely changed my life, the way I work out (group training 4-5x a week),eat and lifestyle. I have seen great results, in my first 5 weeks I am down 12lbs, 4% body fat, 38 to 36 waist, and my strength and conditioning has increased. My success is because of JD Core's commitment, knowledge and experience in their industry and to their clients. It’s a great environment to be in.
