I arrived 20 minutes late for my apt then the lady says we will squeeze you in she told me to walk around the store 2 hours later I get nothing I go up to her and ask you were really going to make me Wait around until they closed because everyone else was arriving on time then asked you made me waste 2 hours of my time and she said yeah worst studio I ever been too

Absolute worst photo studio experience. We were rushed. The photographer just ran thru the "script" of awkward poses. The studio refused to show me the photos while still on the camera and when (not surprisingly) pictures were terrible, they informed me that I would have to pay an additional sitting/print/CD fee to have more pictures taken. Don't waste your time here!

I would avoid this studio at all costs. HORRIBLE customer service! This is not the kind of place that puts customers first. They also totally overbook all appointments, so there's always a long wait, even if you make an appointment and arrive on time for it. And I guess people put up with it because who's going to argue after you spent all that time getting dressed and made up...it's not like you can just leave.

I tried calling this store for assistance in finding out where my order was and they were very rude. It took over an hour to locate where the item was. Thank God I called first. Even when I spoke to the manager she was not sympathetic and basically thought a 25 minute hold time was fine. (After about 10 shouldn't the person that put you on hold let you know that you are not being ignored? Especially when you can hear them laughing and carrying on in the background because the phone was just placed on the counter.) So much for customer service.
