only bad part its that them costumers are dirty they pick a short they want and if it's not their sizes instead of putting it back the same way they throw it smh but other then that I love JCpennys

Rally hated it. Associates do not communicate with each other and starnd people at counter. I spent more than 1 hour for nothing.

Terrible service. Only two people working the entire floor on a busy Sunday. Took 30 minutes just to pickup an online order.

Hated the customer service. Stopped by at the store on valentines day and there was no one to assist at the jewelry section save one employee who was so uninterested in her job that she did not care enough to check out a ring that i had picked out. Instead she opted to go help out other window shoppers despite my pleas to be serviced which would have taken less than a minute. Eventually she snapped at me and asked me to wait for my turn. Horrendous service. I would not recommend going to this place ever.
