A pleasant place to shop. Bright lights and a nice staff. Even was happy shopping at XMAS time. The lines were long and more staff should be hired.
Clean store- good supply of choices.
Kudos for the staff that helped me out. They even wrapped my purchase and help put it in my car!
Now that's super shopping!

Had to return a huge item at the Gateway store. As I walked into the store for a hand truck I was immediately assisted. The young lady came with the hand truck. I told her my husband can take the item on the truck. I admired this clerk. She went to my car, collect the item, came back in the store, show me another item that's not damage and all the way she made this process extremely seamless. My intentions was to have a refund especially when I called the Green acres mall to inform them that the item is damage. The person answers the phone was horrible. We need more like the few I dealt with at Gateway mall. Beautiful customer service was given to a frustrated customer.

Always a crazy queue here and the staff are far from helpful.
Although a few bargins to be had if you have time to look for them.

Every single time I go to the Sephora here these girls look like they don't even want to see you in there , everything you ask for seems like a huff and puff I was in there yesterday I felt like I was begging to get help and even when they did help it was as if I was charity and not even buying something. They should either hire new staff or fix the ones they have only person I saw simile get who approached me was the Spanish manager who was very nice other than that those girls really drive away customers with their attitude. And I could hear them talking over their radios about the customers making fun of them! That's. Terrible! No proper customer service at all! Worst Sephora yet!
