pls dont rent from them, they are the worst rental company....I rented at 89 Wayne Street, they provide bad service with very rude staff ....they took away my deposit for basic day to day usage...there is no consistency in treating all the tenants....

DO NOT LIVE IN ANY UNIT OWNED AND OPERATED BY JCNB PROPERTY OWNERS!

I did not have a working toilet for a week and after OVER three weeks of me trying to get ahold of them, they sent me an email implying that I had lied about the whole thing.
They are rude and disrespectful of their tenants. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT BUILDING IN JERSEY CITY!!!
