The worst dry cleaner! I had my assistant bring in 12 items or so because a flood in my apartment got water on a lot of my belongings. I had the highest hopes - but thank goodness I was smart enough to try them out with only a portion of my clothes first. Everything looked as if it had been WASHED and then pressed to the point where it was BURNT!! All of the black clothes (which was most of them, because, hey New York...) are now washed out looking to the point where they are grey. And the most expensive shirt - which had careful pleats in the back, was not pressed properly. I am very disappointed and will not be using them again. I think they need to look up what French dry cleaning is too. Having the word French should indicate carefully handled cleaning (normally French cleaners even take the buttons off of items before cleaning, and they definitely know hot to handle pleats.) This is more like a Chinese laundry. Probably okay of you just wear mens dress shorts. Would not trust them with anything black. Please, dont do it!! You may as well throw them in the washer your self!
