We needed a fully insured company to remove all existing wallpaper, skim coat the walls and paint our entire fourteen thousand square feet law firm in Midtown. Jonathan came highly recommended and after he came to see our space he sent us a very detailed and specific estimate which was exactly what we needed so we could show our president so he could make a decision. Had our service stairs painted by Jonathan and his crew on all of our twenty floors in our School in Midtown. We had our walls, metal railing and floors painted on each floor and we decided to work with JB Painters after getting two proposals and seeing their commercial references. We recently had our Upper East Side new condo (2200 square feet) painted by Jonathan and his team. We wanted a company that had all the insurance that our building was requiring and that was based here in Manhattan with a real office and good reputation. The apartment has very high ceilings (22 Feet) and an open kitchen type of layout and we wanted the space to look clean and modern so decided on using the same white color for ceilings and walls and the space looks unreal. We have other homes and have experience dealing with contractors from past renovations we had. My wife and I were impressed by the quality and professionalism of this company. Extremely organized and patient, provided all insurance for our condo management before approval, always was keeping us updated on each detail that came up and they left the apartment spotless. My partner and I bought an apartment and needed the apartment painted after our closing date. Jonathan came highly recommended and he had all the insurance our building was requiring. The space we bought has a warehouse look to it with very high ceilings (20 feet) and about (2500 square feet.) The previous owner had this place completely abandoned with cracks on the walls and ceiling throughout the apartment. Jonathan gave us his opinion and really listened to what we wanted to achieve with this project.
