Been my drivers for 3 years and have never let me down. Even picked up my stranded nephew last night from a distant part of town where other services simply hung up on him. Thank you!

Unbelievably disrespectful driver. When I called to complain the call service, I was told I was wrong despite using car services every single day. I will never use this car service again. And I will do everything o can to tell people not to use this garbage disrespectful service.

Yesterday, a driver for Java car service endangered the life of my blind daughter and her guide dog by taking them out of the car in oncoming traffic. Instead of parking on the right side of the street he parked on the left and took her out of the car in the bike and traffic lane. There were yellow cabs, bikers and cars driving down the street. A witness stopped and called Java to report the driver. I called and Carlos Moya just defended his driver and told me to go ahead and file a complaint with TLC. When is Moya's money more important than the lives entrusted in the cars and drivers he employs. When you have a incompetent driver, fire him. Think before you use Java. AND FILE COMPLAINTS WITH TLC WHEN YOU EXPERIENCE DANGEROUS DRIVERS FOR HIRE.

Looooong time customer. Cheaper than the rude car service on Greenpoint Ave. Friendly drivers, occasionally get the same one. Any issues that come up whether it be the driver, vehicle, or service can always be brought up to the base. Tip: if you are planning to use them on a day with bad weather, call far in advanced. That's when they are the most busiest!
