I went here for my search for the perfect diamond ring, and I got it!! I thought I did my due diligence through online research and interrogating my girlfriend about what kind of ring she liked before I went...I didn't.

Lesson 1: Understand that different certifications change the price of a diamond drastically.
Lesson 2: Ask questions!

As I walked into Jared, the doors opened and I was instantly greeted with friendly smiles. I was quickly approached by Lisa Jenkins. She introduced herself and asked what she could help me with.
(That's sounds like obvious sales 101, until you go somewhere else and don't get introduced, don't get a friendly smile, and they don't ask your name).

I never felt pressured. I knew I was not buying a ring that day and I told her that. That did not make her less interested. She helped me with everything. She told me the different certifications and how that can affect the price of a diamond.

Lisa is the definition of professional. I didn't see how much until I went other places to do some comparisons. Lisa went over everything with me, slowly and carefully. When I asked questions, that were probably obvious and everyone already knows, she answered without judgment. Lisa was clear and thorough!

After going to 3 other jewelers I knew I had to return to Jared buy. Unfortunately, when I returned to make a purchase for the diamond and ring I saw the first time I went, the diamonds I liked were sold.
ADVICE: If you see a diamond you are interested in but are not ready to buy tell them to put it aside. No commitment, but it will put you at ease.

I would not be disappointed. Lisa along with the manager Maria were able to find me a diamond in the same price range I was originally quoted and it was even of a bigger carrot size I initially planned on purchasing. They encouraged me to look at it under the microscope and it was beautiful.

Also, I received discounts that they did not present until I decided to purchase. That was great that they never once put that in my face. Jared also has a lifetime warranty that is great.

The only thing I wish they told me about was the platinum setting fee.

I could not have asked for a better experience in buying an engagement ring!

Had a very unpleasant visit! Sales Representative Elliot should reconsider his job in customer service. Working closely in customer service patience is key! Elliot had no patience and is completely arrogant. I wanted to buy more than the two items , unfortunately with his idiotic personality I forced myself out. If this is a representation of all sales representatives, I would highly recommend reconsidering this location or any other Jared's anywhere.

Beautiful store with lots of selection! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure! Susan the salesperson who worked with me was so helpful and I will definitely come back here for future gifts for my wife.
