Got an amazing makeover from the manager Jessica who took time out of her Fay on a Saturday to.do both me and my sisters makeup w/o an appointment. Ended up buying everything because of how good she taught us how to contour. Two thumbs up on the contouriby and I didn't walk out looking like a clown but more like I had sick cheek bones. I noticed other people said the girls were rude but the two I dealt with were extremely sweet and down to earth. Felt like I knew them for years. Thank u !!!! .

BareMinerals is one of the best products I have used so far. First off, let me say that I have had a great experience with all their representatives except for this one particular girl which I had encountered on Nov 28, 2014. She is the reason why I had to give this particular store a 3 rating. I regret not getting her name. She was in a rush to do everything. However, she can be described as a light skinned, slim, and fairly average to tall African-American girl with blonde or black short hair and a lot of acne. I brought my brother's girlfriend to this particular store because I had such a great experience with their HELPFUL reps. However, this particular representative was rude. My brother's girlfriend wanted to know the color that best suits her. The rep applied the mineral foundation but then stated "I can't do your whole face because it will get busy", First off, it was not busy when we entered and it definitely did not get busy when we left. She had time to do her whole face to see the true effects of the foundation. Also, some of the other reps were not busy with other customers so she could have spent much more time with us especially since it was a $97 purchase. In addition, when I was observing her put the concealer on, she said "You can leave now miss, I hate when people do that (meaning standing next to the person)". She could have stated politely to please step away. She has no manners. It came to a point that I wanted to tell my brother's girlfriend to leave but I thought to myself that people have to make a living and to leave her alone. At this point my brother's gf already made a commitment to get the complexion kit so the last step was to get a blush or radiance. When I ordered mine online I saw the vast variety which was offered. However, this rep did not give her the option to pick a radiance or blush. It was strictly a blush and she told me when we left the store that she doesn't like blush. Even I could have sold this product better than this rep. because I would have advised for a radiance. Bareminerals would have made a lot more money than $97 on 11/28 however, that rep certainly turned my mind. There was a deal to buy $100 and take $20 off. I know this is a sale tactic to get more sales. The rep pushed for us to pick something additionally and I went with the intent to buy a couple well things but she turned my mind. I refused to give a sale to an incompetent rep. Anyways, when my brother's girlfriend came home she told me the color did not suit her when she applied it to her entire face. We went to the store specifically to get a match so we did not have to guess and go second time to do an exchange. I would advise to stay clear from that rep and hope for a better rep.

I rave about how much I love the quality of the product but the service, at least at this location leaves a very unpleasant residue. The whole "girlfriend" atmosphere that they talk about on their website was choked out by the airs of disdain that filled the store courtesy of aging peroxide ODing beauty ambassador aka cashier who seemed more suitable on a Pan-Am flight were it not for the black Bare Escentuals uniform/dress code she donned on. Perhaps the beautiful short haired smiling lady of mixed background noticed my and my friend's allergic reaction to the retired stewardess' attitude and offered a kind compliment as we harried to finalize our purchases and headed for the store exit to breathe.
Overall, I doubt we will return to this store location to pick up our next haul of our Bare Minerals products. Sephora here we come.

Great products, but terrible service over the years. Women who work there have never been nice, but always condescending. I'm going to start buying the same products from Sephora.
