Jim did a real estate closing for me last year. He was very easy to work with, always available by phone or email and the closing went off without a hitch. Jim clearly knows real estate law very well, and was very patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend him.

Jim has served our country well as a US Marine and now as a Westchester County legislator. He does a great job with the December Marine Corps Toys for Tots Campaign.
