For me, James Diamond of Hackensack is a great place where as customer you feel welcome all the time. They have a high customer service, and I give an A plus to the owner Louie for his kindness and good treatment to all his costumers besides the service on spot. Also, they have a decent prices I feel more comfortable because they speak Spanish as well.

Are you sick of large jewelers with sales people that immediately want to reach into your pocket? Tired of uneducated jewelers and poor service? If your answer to these questions is yes, I HIGHLY recommend you go to James Diamond in Hackensack.

Louie, the store owner, is extremely honest, knowledgeable, fair, friendly and personable. This is your place if you are from the area and need a quality jeweler you can trust with purchasing and repairs.
